They encourage me to succeed and grow professionally.and utilize my skills and knowledge appropriate . For being Stock Control & forklift driver in(2012).to become a Dispatch supervisor 2013 to 2022.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working long hours . Working in the cold invironment 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good working environment.very cold .load 15 trucks a day . House-keeping standard on shift.daily stock count and Monthly.stock rotation, picking followed (FIFo)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning Stock count, House-keeping, pickings and Loading

I get to work before 7am and I start by checking my email as to see what is required for the day and to plan and prioritize the work plan. I have learned how to utilize the HACCP principle, lean manufacturing system, food safety system and quality control. I am team player and I can also work best alone. I pay attention to detail and make sure that my work is in order and executed in due time.Although I work with people of many cultures and beliefs I haven't found it overly difficult to give guidance and help in maintaining and establishing procedures at the plant.

As an employee of Eskort I should say we have a very hard working staff base. Very patient,and dedicated the type of people you'd refer to as family. 
Due to certain reasons we can't perform to our fullest potential cause of lack of motivation and encouragement from management. Salaries always being compromised and working hours being cut off as due to not wiling to pay workers overtime money.

 the hardest thing is having to be at work even during holidays due to production demand. 
 In all the exposure and training the company gives you is amazing even the support through out.

It's a good company always teaching you how to do a good quality at all times ND respect other people I can say we are one big family in that company eskort give us lot of opportunity I remember living working because of my reason when I was in need of a job they took me in again so what I'm trying to say is that eskort is a good company all it need is for you to be serious about your job

Their supervisors do not trust the delicates that they can do as told without consistent and unnecessary chech up, they are unreasonable and as a person who works at that department they don't value your ideas of making work more easier and efficient. They are also not organised they like to do thing at last minutes.

There’s no work culture.There is tribalism and favoritism. You are treated like you don’t have life outside of work and you must live for work and work only.There is lack of professionalism to certain extent .If you don’t mind to work in extreme cold environments and want to learn a lot about FMCG then this company might be for you.

doing work which at most times you don't get rewarded for while 100% is being exerted at that particular time is demotivating and make one to be lazy and non ambitious which turns out to be a problem in ones reputation

It is a good company to kick start your career but there's no room for growth. Low pay, in order to get good compensation you have to work a lot of over time which means there's no work life balance. Warnings and dismissal for every little minor thing. You always have to tip toe or you might get fired.

Micromanagement from line managers and systematic discrimination is looming. Not much diversity.
Other departments might be better but sales not so much. Sometimes you have long hours without overtime compensation.
